Introducing a gender based careers initiative that is 'For Young Women, By Young Women'. We use various forms of empowerment and education to change restrictive societal norms, grow self-assurance and ensure personal autonomy for the women of tomorrow.
Who We Are
Women Supporting Women
Project XX looks to educate and inspire. Every individual, male or female, should be afforded the same access to all career paths. Through listening, speaking and being mentored by other young women in variety of industries we hope that we can demonstrate the level of accessibility available to young women. An interactive and creative approach allows the girls to gain an informed perspective on different career paths and how to succeed in anything they choose to do.

Project Days
Our Project Days are run by a panel of young women from a variety of industries and backgrounds including : Financial Services, Life Sciences, Law, FMCG, the Arts and many more.
We use group research projects and creativity to increase knowledge, push boundaries and step out of comfort zones
Mentorship
At Project XX we don't believe in just planting the seed but also in nurturing the flower. We do this through our project days and also through social outreach and engagement. We offer mentors tto create a strong support system for young women. We are there to mentor and support in all areas ranging from GCSE choices to career defining decisions.
